Marlyn Dickinson

Marlyn began her Real Estate career in Northern Virginia specializing in residential sales.  Although she the left Real Estate field while raising two daughters, she was thrilled to return to her love of Real Estate when she and her husband relocated to Waynesville in 2003. She has lived in New York, Connecticut, Virginia and Florida, and understands and appreciates the process of buying and selling first hand. 

Having earned the prestigious GRI and CHMLS designations, Marlyn is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, optimistic attitude and high level of service. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their Real Estate goals.

Giving back to the community has always been important to Marlyn.  She is currently active in Altrusa International of Waynesville, First United Methodist Church, and is a sustaining member and past president of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Professionally, she is active in the Canopy Board of Realtors and serves on the board of the Canopy Housing Foundation.  Marlyn is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. When time permits she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and travel and spending time with her husband, their daughters and their families, and their Golden Retriever, Harley.
